Festivity where the municipality organizes a cultural billboard with music, dance and expositions, as well gastronomical and handicraft exposition.

Festivities for the municipality foundation through a series of artistic and cultural activities in a stage installed in Ocotlán's Main Plaza. These events are totally free and are accompanied by pictorical expositions and sculptures. Activities start by 8:00 pm.
Poncitlán

Exposition of the traditional bread "picón" and from products made from that product. Aside from cultural events with regional music groups, theater plays, dance and multiple cultural exhibitions.

Mexican festivity in which some altars for the dead are made, as well as rugs, literary skeletons, catrina parades in the plaza and main streets; in addition to noctural tours within the cementery and Mass for the deceased.

Festivity where the whole community participates with pilgrimmages to the Blessed Sacrament, a varied cultural billboard, gastronomical and handicraft expositions, as well as a carnival-like craft parade. This is the most representative festivity.

Festivity that takes place with pilgrimmages where the donating families take candles and ornaments and these are used for the decoration of the santuary, it is known as the wax upbringing. In the mornings there are traditional happy birthday songs and during the night, serenatas (mariachi music).

Religious festivity where pilgrimmages with the Virgin's image take place in the town's streets. Arriving to the destination, they pray the Rosary, a Mass is celebrated and a watch begins during the whole night. Next day during the morning, they return to the Temple and another tour takes place in the afternoon.

Fidelity festivities are the greatest and most popular tradition of the county. It starts September 20th with a folcloric entrance from the trade association and ending October 3rd. The festivity is for the Mercy Lord. Aside from religious festivities, it has a fair, a food area and some handicrafts added for some other artistic and culturan alctivities including fireworks, in two stages installed downtown. Activities start form 10 am.
